Wyomissing Library Dog-Art Making

Wyomissing Library Dog-Art Making

On Saturday May 4th from 11AM-12PM, Claire Abribat, the illustrator of The Adventures of Lucy G. Bohannon, will be teaching kids (and adults) how to use gouache, watercolors, and india inks to make dog characters! Using brushes of all sizes and sticks, kids and grownups can create their own dogs on post-card sized watercolor paper. Participants will also have the option to donate a dog painting to Claire's book project, The Library Book of Dogs, an oversized book of dogs (WIP) that will be made by communities across the U.S.
