Our First School Visit

We had such a great time reading The Adventures of Lucy G. Bohannon with the second grade class at Wyomissing Hills Elementary School.  The kids listened intently, leaning forward in their seats, as Claire read the story of Lucy. They had an abundance of questions for us, curious to know what are the facts and what are the fictional parts of Lucy's life. After a lengthy discussion, they dove into the painting project with gusto and the results were delightful! Everyone was pleased with their hand painted pups! We only wish we could have stayed for more.
